We collect information you provide when creating an account (name, email, password), usage data (searches, exports, feature usage), and subscription billing information.
Your account data is stored on secure cloud infrastructure in the United States. We use encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest. Database access is restricted to application services only. We do not sell or share your account data with third parties except as required to provide the Service.
HeyBurkie maintains a proprietary database of business contacts at US corrugated box plants, aggregated from public records, commercial APIs, trade association directories, and trade show data. All contacts are business contacts at business addresses. No consumer data is collected or stored.
When you use the CRM Feed tier, HeyBurkie pushes contact records into your Salesforce CRM via API. We access only the fields required for deduplication and record matching. Your CRM data is never shared across subscribers.

We retain your account data for as long as your subscription is active. Upon account deletion, your account data will be permanently removed within 30 days.
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us. You can export your data from the platform at any time.
We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.
We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
